What wonders does junior year hold in store?

Mon Aug 3, 2009, 8:38 PM
Ah yes, August. A time for excruciatingly humid heat, unforgiving weather in general, THOUSANDS OF FAMILY BIRTHDAY'S, no holidays(well big ones anyway), and the beginning of the 9 month period of what even Dick Cheney would consider torture. I tell you all, as I get older, the idea of school becomes less scary, and more dull and painful. The IB program that I have been enrolled in for nearly 3 years has made me a little more articulate and enlightened I do admit, but has also left a scar on my brain, attitude, and butt(the chairs in that school are so friggin' uncomfortable, and they have weld spots that have broken and become nice shivs that cut you every time you turn around!). Yes I do hate the idea of school, but this year it is especially worse, for I will most likely NOT be enrolled in the art academy with my pals :iconchickenmonkey707: and :iconhorrorkeeper:. Now that was my only period of the day I felt at ease and truly useful and free. Though I am on the verge of killing the class coordinators, I am grateful I don't have to take chemistry anymore, and still have a class with my favorite IB teacher... so I'll live, but I will miss my pals... BUT, August is not only a time of suffering, but it is also the month in which I was born! Yeah the 17th I'll be sixteen, getting a car and all that jazz! And I don't have to take no driver's test neither(hey a triple negative!)! Thanks to drivers ed for that. Yeah and I'm just checking my calendar to see what day the 17th falls on and it saaaays.......

.....Monday. I hate Mondays.
Well some times ya just gotta say what the fudge. But eh whatever, I'll live. I mean, I made it through sophomore year, how hard could junior year be? (famous last words)
